The Villa
The Villa is located in Indian Ridge Oaks, Kissimmee
approximately 4 miles (10 minutes by car) from Walt Disney World and close to
all other Orlando attractions.
Indian Ridge Oaks is a quiet walled
residential neighbourhood with no through traffic.
It has a shaded community
pool, cabana, tennis courts and children's play area, all of which are
available to our clients.
The Mystic Dunes Golf Club is adjacent, with
further golf courses only minutes away.
The
villa is a 4 bedroom luxury home, ideally located a hop, skip and a jump from
Hwy 192 with all the restaurants and other attractions, and so near to Walt
Disney World you can feel the Magic!
It is
very spacious (2040 square feet -- larger than most) and very tastefully
decorated. There is a large family room with cable TV, DVD player, Radio and CD
player, and with its own dining/ breakfast area. From this living area there is
alarmed access to the pool through double sliding doors.

The large pool is south facing and is drenched in sun all day long
The extended deck area has ample pool furniture with loungers and a dining
table and chairs for alfresco dining, under a shaded lanai with light and
fan for those balmy evenings, the pool is fully screened and can be
illuminated at night.
The pool can be heated if required.

The villa is that close to Walt Disney World that you could pop back for
lunch and a dip, and then back for a second helping of Disney.
And when you have had your fill of lounging by the pool and require
additional entertainment the community facilities include tennis courts,
volleyball, basketball, kiddies adventure playing area and a large outdoor
swimming pool for meeting the neighbors.
As will as your own private basketball hoop to challenge the kids to some
one on one. |

The master suite is to die for complete with luxury bedding and cable TV
and DVD player, an ensuite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower (big
enough for 4; we were fully clothed, just testing for advertising
purposes!) and sumptuous heart shaped bath big enough for 2. |

There is a further full/double room with a view of the pool and 2 further
twin bedded rooms both of which will suit the young ones or the young of
heart.
All of which have there own cable TV’s and also in one is a PS2 with a
selection of over 30 games to suit both the very young and teenager alike.

The Children’s rooms are decorated in keeping with the area and one is
completely Pooh!
Winnie the Pooh that is !!!!!
The other is Scooby, Scooby Doo complete with bedding, lighting and cuddly
toy.

The villa also boasts a completely separate front living room with seating
for six and a full size sofa bed, as this room is quite separate from the
family room and other bedrooms, it does offer anyone sleeping here a good
degree of privacy.
From here it leads directly through to the formal dining room.

The formal dining room has an extendable table and seats six with ease,
this room leads directly to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer with ice maker,
oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans,
glasses, crockery and cutlery and safe plastic ware for round the pool. |

There is also a completely separate utility room equipped with an
automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
The villa is equipped with all the necessary bed linens, towels and pool
towels. It has 2 telephones and local calls are free. Hair dryers are also
provided in both bathrooms. As well as a crib/cot and a highchair for use
by the baby in the family.
What we offer is good quality facilities in a great
location.
